OCS has been appointed to deliver facilities management services across Shaftesbury Capital’s West End portfolio, including Soho, Carnaby and Seven Dials.
The contract is an expansion on an established 15-year partnership with Shaftesbury Capital, which saw OCS providing FM services at Covent Garden.
OCS will now deliver cleaning and engineering services across all of Shaftesbury Capital’s destinations, transferring 17 additional back-office and management employees into the portfolio. OCS will also bring a streamlined group of suppliers in-house.
Shaftesbury Capital’s total property portfolio under management is valued at £5.2 billion.
