OCS has signed a new agreement with Morrisons to provide security services across its estate.

The two companies have an existing partnership, with OCS already providing other facilities management services across Morrisons' buildings, including cleaning services at retail logistics sites.

This new deal covers all Morrisons retail stores, distribution centres, logistics, and manufacturing sites, with OCS introducing its national security hub to give a view of all site operations. The contract will also involve the introduction of AI-enabled analytics, body-worn technology, and new digital reporting tools.

Over 1,000 employees will transfer to OCS under TUPE, plus an expanded team of 200 newly established roles.
