The Sunday Times Best Companies to work for is an annual survey, designed and carried out by workplace engagement specialist. The awards are based on a number of criteria, recognising an organisation’s approach to factors such as employee engagement, work-life balance, and training and development. Driven by the data to responses to questionnaires filled in by staff it provides an up-to-date profile of what it’s like to work in a business.
The business provides a fully managed offer including reception, concierge, client meeting room management, community managers, switchboard and other call services. The brand’s ethos is based on creating rapport with clients and their guests from the outset, leaving them with the perfect impression every time.
