10 October 2025

Twenty-two winners have been named at the 25th edition of The Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management Awards 2025.

Awards were presented for customer service, EDI initiatives, client/provider collaboration, and positive climate action.

In his opening remarks, newly elected IWFM Chair Andrew Hulbert said: “The work we do matters. The work we do drives value – value that changes lives and communities... Everyone in this room feels that. We live it every day. And if all those countless industries that we operate in are going to thrive in the future, then we are the people who will make it possible.”

Chair of Judges Mark Griffiths paid tribute to his judging panel colleagues as he handed over the role to his Deputy, Sarah Hodge. Sarah is succeeded as Deputy Chair of Judges by Stephanie Welch. Sarah said: “I’ve been involved in the IWFM Impact Awards since their inception and thrilled to be stepping into the role of Chair of Judges. I am passionate about the impact FM can have in organisations and ardent about the role this accessible and brilliant profession can play in supporting wider social mobility. I am determined to ensure these Awards continue to celebrate excellence, showcase impact and shine a light on workplace and FM as an amazing career – whatever the starting point.”
