10 November 2022 | Updated 01 June 2023

The Cleaning Show 2023 returns to ExCeL, London, from 14-16 March 2023 to demonstrate the very latest advancements in cleaning technologies.

The show, organised by the British Cleaning Council and Quartz Business Media, is set to attract more than 100 cleaning suppliers, with the likes of Jangro, Numatic, Makita UK, Karcher UK, Nilfisk and SC Johnson Professional among those confirmed to exhibit.

After a successful debut in 2021, the Cleaning & Support Services Association will once again host the CSSA Innovation Showcase.

Celebrating the Crucial Work of Cleaners

The cleaning and hygiene sector, along with the waste industry, is one of the biggest sectors in the UK, worth nearly £59 billion and employing 1.47 million people.

Jim Melvin, Chair, British Cleaning Council, said: “The importance of the work of the cleaning, hygiene and waste sector – which is one of the ten biggest industries in the UK - has been highlighted during the COVID-19 pandemic, with cleaning and hygiene operatives continuing to play a vital, frontline role keeping keyworkers and the public safe, healthy and well.

The Cleaning Show brings the industry together to celebrate our crucial work, as well as reflecting on key issues, the latest trends, and the most exciting innovative and technological developments.

“We’re very excited to welcome both new and returning exhibitors to the ExCeL, London where the latest product launches will come to life. It’s an unmissable three days of exciting networking opportunities, with a hotbed of education for visitors to enjoy.”

CSSA Innovation Showcase at The Cleaning Show 2023

The CSSA Innovation Showcase is now open for entries, celebrating the cleaning industry’s most innovative products, services and initiatives.

With a focus on creating the future of cleaning, businesses and organisations operating throughout the industry can enter their innovations via the CSSA website by 30 November 2022. Entries are required to demonstrate innovation at their heart, utilising technology to enable positive change.

Prior to The Cleaning Show, all entrants will be invited to present at the CSSA’s annual Innovator’s Pitch, where they will have the opportunity to appear in front of a panel of leading industry experts, who will review and interview the candidates. The panel will offer entrants the chance to bring their innovation to life and demonstrate their passion for the product/service. Those successful will be invited to exhibit at The Cleaning Show 2023, London.

Among those selected to appear at the 2021 CSSA Innovation Showcase was the ICE Complete Autonomous Cleaning Range, Pure’s IoT air care solution and the W'air Sustainable Fabric Care.
