Sam Worden is the Chief Operating Officer at NGB Clean, a company that provides commercial cleaning services whilst supporting prison leavers into the FM sector.
Sam has several years of experience in delivering FM operations and mobilising contracts and is now committed to using her commercial expertise to help people who have gained cleaning qualifications in prison to thrive within the FM industry. Through NGB Clean, Sam mentors prison leavers who want to use their training to work in commercial cleaning, start their own business or work within facilities management at any level.
NGB Clean is a commercial cleaning provider in its own right, employing ex-offenders to fulfil everything from builder’s cleans to end of tenancy cleaning contracts in the Greater London area.
