Prior to leaving the Royal Navy, I had the opportunity to have 1 month’s resettlement training and worked with the mobile maintenance team at Acorn. On leaving the service, I was offered a full time role with them as a mobile Building Services Engineer.
After 10 years in both mobile and static Building Services roles, I was promoted to a Contracts Manager in 1999, which has involved working with, and building many long-standing relationships with a variety of clients.
