08 January 2021

We look back at the defining moments of the past year with summaries of a selection of our top stories. As presented on the Workplace Excellence channel at RE:Connect.

It’s been an eventful year for the Facilities and Workplace management industry, with many roles involved being thrust into the spotlight during the pandemic. With huge shifts in the way workplaces operate, we’ve seen businesses rise to the challenge and create new best practices for success.

From home-worker wellbeing to achieving the new advanced requirements in hygiene standards, we’ve addressed a whole host of issues by representing a range of voices from the sector.

We've been particularly impressed by efforts made in maintaining sustainability commitments, with many companies achieving significant milestones. We’ve also seen the community pull together to support each other and have witnessed plenty of connections made and conversations had, digitally.

We hope taking a look back over the past year, we can all remind ourselves of the lessons learnt and see how much has been achieved.
