Richard Bostelmann has joined boutique facilities management provider Anabas to work on its long-standing partnership with Ogilvy, a contract which was extended earlier this year.
Bostelmann has 19 years of experience in the FM sector including roles with Europa and ISS, as well as a spell with Anabas six years ago. He has particular expertise in M&E.
"Working together has ensured Anabas is able to deliver demonstrable results and we’re delighted that our partnership has been extended by five years. I welcome Richard back to the Anabas fold to support Ogilvy.”
–Alistair Craig
Managing Director, Anabas
Anabas has worked with Ogilvy since 2016 when the company moved to Sea Containers, its prestigious home on London’s South Bank. Anabas delivers an integrated TFM programme to support Ogilvy’s people working across 11 floors and 215,278 sq. ft.
This includes mechanical, electrical, and building fabric maintenance, cleaning, mailroom, logistics, office services, reception and security. Bostelmann will support account director Ravi Bhatnagar in managing a team of 70 people based on site. The Ogilvy-Anabas partnership has been extended to 2025.
Andy Coppin, Head of Workspace UK at Ogilvy said: “Anabas was first appointed by Ogilvy in January 2016. The Anabas team has continued to deliver great support to Ogilvy and consistently provide a highly creative and professional approach to their work.
"The team has become an integral part of our day-to-day activities and we are pleased to extend our long-standing relationship with Anabas as our FM partner to 2025. We are also very excited to have Richard on board and are looking forward to working with him.”
Alistair Craig, Managing Director at Anabas added: “We have developed a long-term partnership with Ogilvy, investing the time to understand their culture, values and needs.
"Working together has ensured Anabas is able to deliver demonstrable results and we’re delighted that our partnership has been extended by five years. I welcome Richard back to the Anabas fold to support Ogilvy.”
