Crosby Housing Association has appointed Momentum Maintain, part of The Momentum Group, to deliver cleaning services in the housing provider’s communal areas and offices.

The contact also includes other specialist services such as void cleans.

Crosby Housing Association (CHA) owns and manages more than 440 homes across Southport, Waterloo, Seaforth, Litherland and Bootle. Tenants were involved in the tender selection and were impressed with Momentum Contribute, the business’s charitable arm.
