• Apleona Acquires Cambridgeshire-Based JCW Group

Global IFM provider Apelona has acquired JCW Group, a technical facilities management provider based in Royston, Cambridgeshire.

The financial details of the transaction have not been revealed, but this is the second acquisition in the last 12 months for Apleona UK, after it bought Combined Technical Solutions Limited in September 2022.

JCW specialises in hard services and has six UK operating offices. The company employs over 250 people. Their customer focus is on the retail, education, commercial, leisure and public sectors.

The acquisition of this self-delivering technical maintenance specialist complements Apleona’s technical profile in the UK perfectly. We will be utilising our experience and expertise gained with the successful integration of CTS, to ensure a smooth transition.”
