Read Full ArticleEurope’s leading facilities management provider Apleona, is being sold to PAI Partners for a reported €1.6 billion .
The transaction is subject to customary conditions and approvals and is expected to close early in Q2 of 2021.
Announced on Sunday, (06 December 2020), shares of around €450-470 million will also be shared with former owner Bilfinger, due to a clause made in the 2016 deal. Apelona was sold to EQT in a €1.4 billion deal in 2016.
It’s also rumoured that an IPO for Apelona is also being considered for Summer 2021, organised by Deutche Bank and UBS.
