The three-year CAFM contract with Arena Racecourses (ARC) is part of a wider digital transformation project taking place across their organisation.
ARC, the largest racecourse operator in the UK, has 20 venues across the country including Chepstow and Royal Windsor. The organisation welcomes 1.2 million visitors to 500 fixtures and entertainment events every year. Their complex estate encompasses 16 racecourses, 4 greyhound stadia, hotels, golf courses, restaurants and a pub.
Expansive FM will centralise ARC's FM operations with a view to increasing visibility and control over work orders, asset maintenance, compliance and supply chain management.
Commenting on the deal, Dan Walley, Head of Property and Facilities at ARC, said:
'With Expansive FM we now have the software to manage contractor relationships much more effectively. We’re improving communications, establishing KPIs and optimising performance. It’s making the management of our entire estate and our suppliers much more streamlined.
“Following our restructure we’re leaner and more competitive. And we’re even more focused on delivering exceptional visitor experiences. As we open our doors to guests after lockdown, Expansive’s CAFM will give us the oversight we need to drive value, respond to our visitor's changing needs and meet the highest standards of compliance.”
He added: “There’s never been a more important time to get this right”
Josh Greibach, Co-founder & CEO of Expansive Solutions added:
'We’re delighted ARC have chosen us to facilitate the digital transformation of their FM strategy. With our mobile-first technology, personalised workflows and data-driven approach we’ll help them bring a new level of contractor performance and asset management to their estates.'
