Concerto Software Announces Key Contract Wins

Concerto Software Announces Key Contract Wins
07 November 2023

CAFM provider Concerto has announced a series of new contract wins.

This includes deals with St Helens and Knowsley Hospitals NHS Trust, The University of Manchester and Cambridgeshire County Council.

Part of Bellrock Group, Concerto is a CAFM and IWMS software provider that works across education, government, healthcare, retail and leisure sectors.

Concerto says that their recent success surge is attributed to “a shift in the market desire for truly integrated software solutions”, due to companies still “operating with offline, disconnected, and disparate information sources”.

"Our recent success marks a pivotal moment for us," said James Heysmond, Business Development Director of Concerto. "Entering new markets validates our strategy and highlights the unwavering commitment from our owners and board to make Concerto IWMS the best solution on the planet for both the built and non-built environments.”

University of Manchester Contract

Announced in late October 2023, Concerto’s contract with the University of Manchester is for five years and will see them modernise the university’s estate management.

By consolidating data sources and implementing automated workflows, Concerto hopes to streamline administrative tasks, improve space utilisation, and support strategic planning initiatives for the estate.
