Arctic Wins Hard FM Contract at 240 Blackfriars

Artic has been awarded the hard FM contract for the European HQ London office of video games developer Square Enix, at 240 Blackfriars.

The contract was awarded through an advice and negotiation process and following the recommendation of Artic from three other occupants within the building who are current facilities management clients: Boodle Hatfield, Hurley Palmer Flatt and Lonely Planet.

24/7 Call Outs for Emergency Repairs and Preventative Maintenance

Artic provided advice to Square Enix on how to deliver an FM service package, using their prior knowledge of the building.

Artic will provide a fully employed and trained multi-skilled engineer for one day per week to deliver the planned preventative maintenance to all the hard services including items of general and certified compliance. The agreement also includes a 24/7 call-out facility for emergency repair and biannual AC maintenance to be completed out of normal building operational hours by Artic engineers.
