M&E Services Across London Portfolio

Gary Metcalf, Associate Director Ashdown Phillips & Partners commented: “We are very pleased to have appointed Platinum Facilities on one of our key London portfolios.

"When deciding on our preferred contractor we focused on who could provide the optimum service for our client and occupiers. With a reputation for delivering traditional hard service M&E and a robust knowledge of innovation and smart technology, Platinum stood out and we are delighted to be working with them. We very much look forward to this becoming a partnership that will continue to grow and one that will be beneficial to all stakeholders.”

Peter Brooks, Business Development Director Platinum Facilities added: “We are delighted to have been awarded the hard services contract for the Ashdown Phillips & Partners London portfolio.

"We look forward to utilising our technology-led methodology to provide a first-class, cost-effective building services maintenance solution, supported by enhanced management information and insight, to ensure that we develop a successful working relationship with the Ashdown Phillips team.”
