Assurity Consulting Launches New Water Management Software

Assurity Consulting, a UK independent workplace health, safety and environmental compliance consultancy, has launched a new software platform, marking a transformative step forward in the digitisation of water safety compliance.

Designed for the UK’s property and facilities management sector, Assurity Plus 2.0 water management software brings a step change in water safety compliance by addressing longstanding challenges in water risk management and converting traditional hard-copy systems into a dynamic, fully digital environment.

The new software will deliver significant time and cost savings for property managers, particularly those operating large and complex portfolios, driving efficiency and compliance across the property sector.

By digitising operational workflows and enabling offsite and offline management, the system reduces administrative burden while improving compliance with current legislation and guidance.

Built on decades of expertise delivering bespoke, hard-copy water management systems, Assurity Plus 2.0 water management software represents a step forward in how organisations manage Legionella and water safety risks across property portfolios. The platform delivers a range of features across three key areas making it safer, smarter and more resilient.

Core features which make the platform safer include early warning systems through automated alerts and notifications; improved data accuracy and accountability through controlled digital inputs; self-correcting workflows that prompt users to review out-of-range entries and remote auditing capabilities for enhanced compliance assurance.

Process upgrades make the platform smarter through advanced analytics including trend visualisation and cross-portfolio insights; flexible data interrogation by user, asset or site; easy data export and sharing across teams and stakeholders and improved decision-making through real-time, centralised information.

The platform delivers more resilience through rapid adaptation to regulatory changes and evolving site requirements. Robust, secure digital records reduce the risk of data loss or damage and enable streamlined record-keeping and consistent documentation across portfolios.

West Sussex-based Assurity Consulting is backed by investment and innovation having become part of the Safety and Compliance division of leading UK investor, Celnor Group, in 2024. The business has accelerated its investment in technology and innovation having identified market demand for more intelligent, connected solutions and the launch of Assurity Plus 2.0 water management software marks a key milestone in this strategy.

Keith Vigar, Managing Director, Assurity Consulting, said: “The introduction of our Assurity Plus 2.0 water management software represents a fundamental shift in how water safety compliance is managed. For too long, the industry has relied on manual, paper-based systems that limit visibility and slow down response times. By digitising water management, we are not only improving safety outcomes, but also enabling our clients to operate more efficiently, with greater confidence in their data and compliance status.

Vigar added: “This is an ambitious and forward-looking solution that reflects both the evolving needs of the property sector and our commitment to delivering market-leading innovation.”
