Atalian Servest and OCS Merger to Go Ahead

Atalian Servest and OCS Merger to Go Ahead
28 July 2022

OCS Group and Atalian Servest are to be acquired by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice to create a global facilities management platform.

Rumours that the private equity firm would purchase and merge the two family-owned businesses have been circulating since May 2022.

Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) have agreed to acquire OCS Group and have also made a “binding and irrevocable offer” to acquire the ATALIAN group, including Atalian Servest.

ATALIAN, formerly known as TFN Group, is one of the world’s largest facilities services providers, with a turnover of almost €3 billion, and 131,000+ employees across 36 countries.

OCS and Atalian Servest to Make a "Leading FM Platform"

The deal is still subject to consultation conditions and regulatory clearance, but is expected to complete in the second half of 2022.

“We are excited by the opportunities that the creation of this platform represents,” said Christian Rochat, CD&R Partner. “Both companies operate in established markets with steady long-term trends. They fit well together with similar values and customer-focused philosophies. We look forward to supporting the teams in developing a leading FM platform with an enhanced customer proposition, and drive growth and operating excellence.”
