Rumours that the private equity firm would purchase and merge the two family-owned businesses have been circulating since May 2022.
ATALIAN, formerly known as TFN Group, is one of the world’s largest facilities services providers, with a turnover of almost €3 billion, and 131,000+ employees across 36 countries.
