Read Full ArticleAtalian Servest, one of the world’s largest facilities services providers, has acquired Incentive FM Group.
The deal will allow Atalian Servest to expand its offering to include specialist consultancy and project management services to its customers, as well as its core offering of cleaning, catering, security, building services, energy management and compliance, front of house, landscaping, logistics, waste management and pest control.
The acquisition is Atalian Services first in the UK since the merger with Atalian Global Services in 2018.
Founded in 2002, Incentive FM Group employs around 1,500 people and specialises in FM, technical services (M&E), cleaning, security, front of house, consultancy, landscaping and waste management.
Martin Reed, CEO of Incentive FM Group, along with the executive management and operational teams, will remain in the business. He commented: “The acquisition is part of our ambition to accelerate our growth trajectory within the UK & Ireland. We are looking forward to driving value and building strategic partnerships with Incentive FM’s clients, while offering a wider range of services to our existing client portfolio.”

The rumoured plan for private equity firm Clayton Dubilier & Rice to purchase and merge Atalian Servest and OCS continues to circulate.
According to Sky News, Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) is planning the deal, which would be worth “approximately £2.5billion.”
A spokesperson from Atalian Servest was unavailable to comment.
