According to Sky News, Clayton Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) is planning the deal, which would be worth “approximately £2.5billion.”
Atalian Servest is a UK-based facilities management service provider that is part of the wider ATALIAN group. ATALIAN, formerly known as TFN Group, is one of the world’s largest facilities services providers, with a turnover of almost €3 billion, and 131,000+ employees across 36 countries.
OCS Group is an international facilities management company, with a £1 billon annual turnover, employing over 72,000 people. Their brands also include Landmark, a flexible office provider with more than one million square feet of office space in 44 buildings in the UK.
A spokesperson from Atalian Servest was unavailable to comment and OCS are yet to respond to ThisWeekinFM.
