FM provider Atlas has been re-appointed to deliver overnight front-of-house cleaning services at St. James’ Court Hotel in Westminster.
Atlas has been re-appointed to deliver the overnight front-of-house cleaning service at St. James’ Court, a Taj Hotel, in London. The contract includes the cleaning of all public areas, including the marble lobby, restaurants, bars and spa.
In 1982, the Indian Hotels Company Ltd. (Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces) acquired St. James' Court. From 1999, the property was partially operated under a fifteen-year franchise agreement. In 2014, it was officially restored to its original identity as St. James' Court, A Taj Hotel, encompassing the Almoners, Dukes, Regents, Queens, and Priors townhouses.
Raphael Wiedemann, Hotel Manager, St James’ Court said: “St James’ Court is a luxury hotel with beautiful architecture and outstanding service. We believe in creating partnerships to deliver elevated guest experiences, and we are very pleased to be continuing to work with Atlas on delivering our vision throughout the hotel.”
Ed Bolton, Atlas Cleaning Managing Director, added: “We are delighted to have been reappointed as St James’ Court’s service partner and to have the opportunity to continue providing the highest quality cleaning services to this prestigious hotel and its guests. Atlas Hospitality provides specialist cleaning and support services tailored to the exacting requirements of London’s luxury hotels and restaurants, and customer focus is our top priority.”
