• Bob Taylor Appointed as Managing Director of Public Sector FM at OCS

OCS has appointed its Chief Customer Officer, Bob Taylor, to Managing Director of Public Sector FM. 

Bob has been at OCS for over a decade, holding roles such as Chief Operating Officer and CEO of UK, Ireland and the Middle East. He has led large-scale FM operations across the health, justice, central government, and local authority sectors, working as Group Managing Director at G4S for over twelve years. 

In his new role, Bob will lead OCS’s Public Sector FM business unit. “This is about more than maintenance,” he said. “Government estates need partners who understand the connection between infrastructure performance, environmental outcomes and the communities these buildings serve. That’s what OCS is delivering – with the right capability, systems and people.”
