The awards recognise best practice in the energy-saving and efficiency sector in the UK. The National Quality Management, Compliance and Training Company of the Year award required CIBSE Certification Ltd to detail what sets them apart within their field and demonstrate clear knowledge of best practices for energy efficiency.
CIBSE Certification Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of CIBSE. It operates the certification of personnel schemes within the UK that covers Low Carbon Consultants (LCCs), Low Carbon Energy Assessors (LCEAs) for non-domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), Display Energy Certificates (DECs), Air Conditioning Inspectors (ACI), ESOS Lead Assessors, Heat Networks Consultant and Section 63 Advisors for Scotland.
The judges said: “By operating across a wide range of certification schemes, CIBSE has demonstrated industry leadership in the field of regulatory compliance, training and quality management. Its robust processes and high standards are an industry benchmark.”
Ratija Chitnavis, CIBSE Certification Systems Manager said: "We are delighted that CIBSE Certification has been recognised for our hard work, expertise and service we offer. We continue to aim to be the go-to certification body for the building services engineering sector and beyond, both in terms of certification of persons and management systems in business."
