Read Full ArticleDeliveroo has appointed digital CAFM provider Expansive FM to automate reactive maintenance, PPM, compliance and asset management across its global estate.
Expansive will provide a CAFM system for Deliveroo’s Editions and Hop global portfolio. Editions are delivery-only kitchens designed for Deliveroo sales exclusively. Hop is Deliveroo’s grocery service, using a “dark store model” which functions as a warehouse to fulfil local delivery orders and a place for customers to collect ordered groceries.
As well as assisting with the Editions and Hop brands, Expansive will also help Deliveroo to manage the performance of its bricks and mortar estate, with clarity over contractor management and PPM.
Rob Starbuck, Global Head of Facilities for Deliveroo said: “As we are an international brand, we needed a system that could handle multiple languages and currencies. And, crucially, we needed it to be easy for anyone to use on any device. Our managers are supporting exceptionally busy operations. They need to be able to just pick up their phones, request quotes, track engineers and keep an eye on budgets.”
Deliveroo will also be able to use adapted versions of the CAFM system in each of its global markets, ensuring that regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Josh Greibach, co-founder and CEO of Expansive added: "Deliveroo is a disruptive brand, famous for its world-class technology and user experience. EFM is aligned with their vision and we share their values. We develop technology in the same way. We’re focused on data, UX and excellence in customer service. We are excited to be delivering for Deliveroo!"
