Read Full ArticleFacilio, the AI-driven property operations platform, has raised $35 million in Series B financing led by Dragoneer Investment Group, with participation from Brookfield Growth and existing investors Accel India and Tiger Global Management.
Founded four years ago by Prabhu Ramachandran, Rajavel Subramanian, Krishnamoorthi Rangasamy, and Yogendra Babu, the company plans to expand its team and deepen its global penetration in the commercial real estate-focused operations software market.
Facilio also plans to use the Series B funding to strengthen its R&D initiatives.

Founded in 2017, the platform offers an AI-led predictive engine to help real estate portfolios digitise their processes. Their customers span commercial office, healthcare, retail, education, and other real estate categories across the world.
The platform is used to help companies reduce operations costs, increase net asset value, and de-risk operational liability.
