Frasers Property UK, represented by Hollis Hockley and CBRE, has introduced its first managed lease solution in the UK at Winnersh Triangle, delivered in partnership with managed workspace operator RE-DEFINED.
The all-inclusive model provides the security of a traditional lease with the convenience of a managed workspace, in order to offer occupiers greater flexibility, bespoke workspace solutions and end-to-end support for all their needs.
The partnership is to support Frasers Property’s commitment to “evolve its leasing solutions in the UK and meet growing demand for agile, ready-to-occupy space within a high-quality workplace environment”. The managed solution is available across multiple buildings at Winnersh Triangle, providing scalable and bespoke workspace solutions for businesses of all sizes.
Forcepoint, a global provider of data-first cybersecurity, is the first occupier to take space under this new model. Founded in 1994, the company has relocated to a 6,000 sq ft managed workspace in Building 1020 under a 5-year lease, joining Winnersh Triangle’s diverse community of technology, data and science-led businesses.
Winnersh Triangle is owned and managed by Frasers Property UK. The park is a 1.5 million sq ft mixed-use asset with a wide variety of workspaces that caters to different organisational needs. These range from Grade A offices for major corporate headquarters to flexible suites for start-ups, alongside hybrid buildings and data centres, designed to meet the evolving needs of modern businesses.
The estate has 90 acres of green open spaces and healthy events programmes, creating value for occupiers while connecting and strengthening businesses and communities.
Sarah Taylor, Senior Asset Manager at Frasers Property UK said, “We are pleased to introduce our first managed office solution at Winnersh Triangle, delivered in partnership with RE-DEFINED. We’re delighted that Forcepoint has been the first occupier to benefit from this approach. This new partnership reflects the growing demand for flexible leasing options within a traditional office environment. At Winnersh Triangle, it expands our offer to include managed solutions alongside fully fitted and furnished spaces.”
Sarah added: “At Frasers Property, we are committed to evolving our approach and investing in solutions that give occupiers greater choice and flexibility, creating future-ready environments where businesses have everything they need to grow and thrive for the long term.”
