Eden will run solely on 100 per cent renewable electricity, with no gas heating or hot water, and has been designed using the UK Green Building Council’s 2030-2035 operational energy targets. Designed by Make Architects, Eden is also a LETI (London Energy Transformation Initiative) pioneer project.

Grand Stade de Casablanca

The planned 115,000-capacity Grand Stade de Casablanca in Morocco is projected to be the largest football stadium in the world.

The stadium’s design is inspired by the traditional Moroccan social gathering known as a “moussem”, with a huge tented roof made from aluminium lattice.

Inspired by Cambodia’s history and built heritage, the site is aesthetically pleasing and responds to the tropical climate. A vast roof canopy stretches from the drop-off to the airside, providing shelter from the heat. The roof features a steel grid shell, with a reactive screen to filter out daylight.
