Wates will work across 250 sites in the UK, providing FM maintenance services in a three-year contract.
International Workplace Group (IWG), which was originally founded as Regus in 1989, has over 4,000 locations globally and owns the UK’s largest workspace network.
Antony Collett, Managing Director of Wates’ Facilities Management business, said: “We are really excited to be working with IWG. With our shared values we can already see that our working relationship will be a collaborative one, and we are looking forward to adding value as an FM partner. Working in this way is particularly valuable when it comes to sustainability, allowing us to take a ‘one team’ approach to improving efficiency in our shared journey to net zero.”
