ISS Promotes Graeme Cameron to Chief Operations Officer
12 May 2025

Graeme Cameron has been promoted from Commercial Director to Chief Operations Officer of ISS UK & Ireland’s operations performance function.

“I stand ready, having spent my career at ISS working directly with some of our biggest, most innovative, customers, to bring that insight to bear as we seek to grow profitably through genuine, reciprocal partnerships,” said Graeme.

“All the components are in place to create a world-class OP function that supports growth, efficiency, and compliance. I look forward to getting to work.”

Graeme has over twenty years of facilities management experience, working for Balfour Beatty, Aramark Workplace Solutions and Interserve (acquired by Mitie) before joining ISS in 2019.

In his new role, Graeme will lead product and service innovations in sustainability, workplace experience, capital projects and other key areas.

Scott Davies, CEO, ISS UK & Ireland, added: “I am glad to have been able to appoint home-grown talent of Graeme’s calibre into this crucial role for our company. Graeme brings with him deep and varied experience not only of our industry, but also of performance optimisation, compliance and innovation that meets the needs of our customers and our company. His insight, expertise, and enthusiasm, coupled with our vision of an extended remit for the Operations Performance function, recommends him for this role, which is central to the achievement of our shared strategic objectives.”

Graeme takes up the position from 1 June 2025, succeeding Aidan Bell, who has left ISS after almost five and a half years to become CEO of green services provider idverde.
