• Jack Prady Named as New Wates FM Managing Director

Jack Prady has been announced as the new Managing Director for Wates’ facilities management business.

Joining from Thermatic Technical FM, Jack has held leadership positions across the facilities management sector for the past 18 years. He was the FM Technical Services Lead for Shell’s UK portfolio for over five years across both CBRE and Vinci contracts.

Jack is joined by Mark Wiles who has been appointed Business Development and Work Winning Director. Both will work to implement new company growth plans, after the Wates Group announced its highest-ever turnover and underlying profit in the company’s 127-year history in 2023.

David Morgan, Executive Managing Director, Wates Property Services, said: “Jack and Mark both have incredible track records in developing strong customer relationships and delivering operational excellence, and this fits perfectly with our vision for growth in the future.”

Jack Prady added: “I’m thrilled to be joining Wates at a time when the business has so much opportunity ahead. My focus will be to harness that by continuing to develop the right culture to deliver an outstanding service and make a positive impact for our customers and communities.”
