JPC by Samsic, a London-centric provider of cleaning solutions, has announced the strategic appointment of Stephen Douglas as the new Head of Operations. 

Starting his career in the military, Stephen moved into the facilities sector and has worked across several managing agents, delivering strategical management and leadership to a portfolio of high-profile trophy assets in London

Stephen will be working closely with Managing Director; John Conry Jnr to steer the company’s vision in delivering premium cleaning to London’s progressive workplace environments. He will also guide a tailored strategy with each of the Key Account Directors and Account Directors. 

John Conry Jr commented: "I am delighted to welcome Stephen to JPC as our new Head of Operations. Stephen’s unique background and wealth of experience will bring an exciting new dynamic to our operation, supporting the evolution of our business and further enhancing our bespoke 'solutioning' to our customers."

His arrival comes as JPC by Samsic launches its new service line in concierge and cleaning focused on “hotellifying” workplace environments.
