London Office Consultancy Flex-Re Spaces Launches With Impressive First Deal

London Office Consultancy Flex-Re Spaces Launches
27 March 2026

Simon Eastlake, former Managing Director at Office Space in Town, launches a new office search company, along with Co-Founder Colin Becker and Senior Associate Olly Becker, from Property Advisors Metrus.

The consultancy will focus on providing bespoke office search services tailored tightly around client needs, recommending premium flexible workspace brands that we feel confident will deliver on service alongside great locations, amenities and design.

Flex-Re Spaces work with clients to ensure that finding their perfect workspace is an easy and enjoyable process. By clarifying your requirements, collating a short-list of high-quality options, arranging viewings, and negotiating the best deal on your behalf, they can ensure that choosing your next office is a simple decision.

The success of the offering has already been proven with a first deal already complete; the finding of a London HQ for a soon to launch US sporting brand at Flex by Grosvenor’s 66 Grosvenor St space in Mayfair, in a 20 desk, 24-month deal.

Flex-Re Spaces will also be actively working with industry partners to create synergies and referral business. That sense of collaboration is at the core of the business. The company sits alongside sister brand Flex-Re Advisory, launched in October 2025.

Flex-Re Advisory are flexspace advisory specialists who help CRE Landlords and Investors explore whether and how to diversify and future proof their portfolios with flexspace offerings.  They offer an end-to-end commercial service; from initial portfolio review, through to advice on acquiring the right space for flex, commercial scenarios for managing the space, operator selection and operator oversight.

Simon Eastlake, Co-Founder, said: “Flex-Re Spaces will redefine the office brokerage model by combining the professionalism of property advisory with flexible workspace operational expertise. Our approach offers clients a faster, simpler way to find an office that suits their brand and team culture in the right location.”

Eastlake concluded: “The future growth of the flexible workspace sector as a whole depends on building strategic partnerships, which is why we have launched a generous Partnership Programme from day one, sharing commission with referral partners, likely to be in the agency and advisory, design and build and facilities management fields.”
