MGI Holdings Appoints Blackstar Real Estate as Asset Manager

MGI Holdings has appointed Blackstar to oversee the asset management of its £200 million property portfolio.

The news was first reported by CoStar.

Blackstar will focus on maximising portfolio performance and unlocking value across commercial and residential assets. MGI Holdings’ portfolio includes Hilton London Hyde Park and Oxford House in Finsbury Park.
