• Mitie and Sodexo Win IFM Contract With HMRC

Mitie and Sodexo have been awarded integrated facilities management contracts with His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs.

Mitie’s contract includes the “East Region” of the HMRC estate, including asset maintenance and project works across 28 HMRC sites including regional hubs in London Stratford, Edinburgh, Leeds, Nottingham, and Croydon. Mitie has an existing relationship with HMRC, having delivered specialist security services across its entire estate since 2019, with a new contract being awarded in March this year. 

Sodexo will retain 19 sites in the “West Region”, taking on an additional five sites in Belfast, East Kilbride and Glasgow. 

The FM services were previously delivered by five suppliers, with this being the first time it has allocated the contract to two suppliers covering the East and West regions respectively.
