New Leadership for PTSG Water Treatment

Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG), a services and building compliance group, has appointed Craig Doig as Managing Director of its Water Treatment division, strengthening the Group’s senior leadership platform.

Craig joins PTSG with more than 20 years’ experience leading complex, multi-site operations across facilities management, public sector and commercial environments. He brings a track record of delivering profitable growth, improving operational performance and building high-performing leadership teams in compliance-led, safety-critical settings.

He joins from Equans (Bouygues Group), where he most recently held full responsibility for a £150m+ regional operation across Scotland, the North of England and Ireland. In that role, he led 1,100 colleagues, delivered sustained year-on-year EBITDA improvement and led significant operational transformation, including the creation of centralised business support capability and the scaling of integrated projects delivery.

Craig’s appointment reflects PTSG’s continued investment in divisional leadership and operational excellence, as the Group expands its national platform across critical compliance services. Within Water Treatment, he will lead the division’s strategy and performance, with a focus on service consistency, governance, customer outcomes and scalable growth.

Craig’s appointment completes PTSG’s divisional Managing Director line-up across its core service areas: Access & Safety, Electrical Services, Building Access, Fire Solutions and Water Treatment.

Greg Ward, Chief Executive Officer of PTSG, said: “Craig is a high-calibre appointment and brings exactly the kind of leadership experience that matters in a compliance-led environment. He has consistently demonstrated the ability to build strong teams, strengthen operational delivery and drive profitable growth at scale. We are delighted to welcome him to PTSG and I am confident he will be a significant leader for our Water Treatment division as we continue to build momentum in 2026.”
