Pareto FM has joined The Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion, coinciding with Pride Month.

The Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei) helps businesses of all sizes to embed inclusivity best practices into their organisation. Members benefit from training and consultancy services, DEI support and advice and access to a calendar of events.

By embarking on this partnership, Pareto FM hopes to stay ahead of the curve on inclusivity best practices, engage in knowledge-sharing with other industry leaders, and access tailored support.

Dave Richards, CEO at Pareto said. "We are thrilled to join enei and embark on this journey towards creating a more inclusive and diverse workplace. At Pareto FM, we believe that diversity and inclusion are not just buzzwords but essential elements for driving innovation, fostering creativity, and ensuring the success of our organisation.

"Our partnership with enei will further empower us to champion equality and diversity initiatives, continuing to create a more welcoming and supportive environment for all our employees."
