Learn more about the realities of cyber crime in this Q&A with cyber security expert Francis West.

From Whatsapp fraud to investment scams, cyber crime has intensified over the last few years, and cyber threats are a significant risk to businesses of all sizes. We joined cyber security expert Francis West to get some practical advice on how to avoid falling victim to online scams and cyber attacks.

Francis is the CEO of Security Everywhere, a company that helps SMEs secure their money, data, and reputation through managed security services. He serves on several security panels, including for the Home Office, and is on a mission to educate small businesses on cyber to help keep their operations safe.

In Part 1, we discuss examples of cyber attacks, the role of the government and the police in protecting us from cyber crime and the risks of hybrid working.
