James Massey is the Managing Director of Facilities Management for MRI Software, a global name in real estate technology. In the second part of our interview with James, we discussed the post covid workplace, net-zero targets and IoT.

In part one of James’ interview, he spoke to ThisWeekinFM about how he believes data will transform FM provision. In part two, he discusses the post-COVID return to work and user expectations, risk in a hyperconnected world and MRI Software’s actions to reduce carbon.
