Spotlight Interview – Lee Chambers | Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing

In this Spotlight Interview, we speak to psychologist, entrepreneur and workplace wellbeing specialist Lee Chambers.
Lee Chambers is the Founder of Essentialise Workplace Wellbeing, an award-winning wellbeing and inclusion agency which specialises in measurable solutions for businesses. His clients include Anytime Fitness, Oppo Mobile and PwC.
Lee won the Small Business of the Year at the GMBA, and has also been awarded the Service Entrepreneur of the Year at the Great British Entrepreneur Awards. He was awarded the Rising Star at the HIVE Business Award and Highly Commended Entrepreneur at the Manchester Young Talent Awards.
Using critical thinking about spaces, places, and how people interact with them, Lee’s mission is to make our workplaces a source of energy and inspiration.
We spoke to Lee about what strategies are working for his clients, his “Top 50 BAME Entrepreneurs Under 50” win and his advice on managing the wellbeing of hybrid workers.
