Spotlight Interview – Ranjeet Bhalerao | Mortar IO

Ranjeet Bhalerao is a chartered engineer and CEO and Co-Founder of Mortar IO. ThisWeekinFM met up with Ranjeet to discuss the current challenges facing the commercial real estate market.

Ranjeet has over 15 years of consultancy experience in the built environment at notable firms such as Arup and Buro Happold, and has served on ThisWeekinFM’s Editorial Advisory Board since 2020.

He joined Mortar IO in 2022, a company which produces a virtual modelling and simulation platform to make decarbonisation retrofit planning more accurate. Ranjeet is responsible for driving the overall vision and strategy for the business.
