Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland has achieved the EcoVadis Platinum award, placing the business in the top 1% of companies assessed globally for sustainability performance.

The recognition marks a major milestone for the company and reflects the strength of its sustainability strategy, “Our Planet”, and the delivery across the business.

EcoVadis Platinum is the highest rating awarded by EcoVadis and recognises strong performance across four key areas: environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement.

For Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland, the achievement highlights the progress made in embedding sustainability across operations, governance and decision-making, while supporting customers with lower-carbon solutions and responsible business practices.

Mark Keily, Health, Safety & Sustainability Director at Sunbelt Rentals UK and Ireland said: “Achieving EcoVadis Platinum is a significant achievement for our business and reflects the progress we’re making to embed sustainability into how we operate and how we support our customers every day. This recognition belongs to our teammates across the organisation who are driving that progress forward and continuing to raise standards across our business.”
