Sustainable Investment Guide for London Property Launches
14 April 2022

Opportunity London aims to be the definitive guide to development and investment opportunities in London.

Led by the Mayor of London, London Councils and The City of London Corporation, opportunity.london is a new website that promotes sustainable investment into real estate, regeneration and green infrastructure across London’s boroughs and communities.

All 32 London Boroughs, the City of London, the Mayoral Development Companies and The Royal Docks Enterprise Zone are featured, highlighting their vision for economic development and its top sites for investment, growth and renewal.

The project is also backed by a partnership of public and private sector organisations committed to delivering good growth in London. It is delivered in partnership with New London Architecture, London Communications Agency and London & Partners.

Promoting Sustainable Real Estate

Promoting sustainable investment into real estate, regeneration and green infrastructure across London’s boroughs and communities, users can use the website to explore economic development strategies and investment opportunities, borough by borough.

Examples of the best developments currently being brought forward can be explored, and users are signposted to the individuals and companies leading this change.

Developed from NLA’s Annual London Boroughs Report

The initial idea for the website was developed from New London Architecture (NLA)’s annual London Boroughs report.

In July, NLA will be launching a wider campaign to promote London to international investors. Boroughs and partners can use the platform to present London globally to investors, businesses, sending a clear message that “London is Open”.
