Hard service provider Thermatic Technical FM & Energy Services has announced the completion of its company restructure.

The group’s Board of Directors Chair Colin Tennent, Financial Director Paul Douglas-Fleet and Managing Director Jack Prady led the restructure, comprising internal promotions and the creation of. the role of Director of FM. Jen Buckley has been appointed as Director of People and Culture, and Rachael Crozier has been confirmed as Director of HSE.

Paul Douglas-Fleet commented on the two promotions: “These promotions recognise two exceptional leaders within our business and their transformational impact on our Culture and H&S environment. Both Jen and Rachael have significant experience within their respective fields and will ensure that we prioritise the wellbeing of our people as we continue to grow.”

Ivan Morley also joins the business as the newly appointed FM Director. On joining the Thermatic Group, Ivan said: “I am excited to be joining the Thermatic team at this time. The overall company ethos, strategic ambitions and forward growth plan that have been formulated meant that this was an easy decision to make. I am looking forward to the future and using my own knowledge and experience, in collaboration with the rest of the team, to deliver quality services that have been tailored to each client’s specific requirements. Together we will continue to build on the solid reputation the company has in the market”.

The restructure has also seen the group’s technical FM and energy services combined under the leadership of Jack Prady. “This is a very clear statement that we see a united synergy between FM and energy services that should be delivered via one entity,” said Jack Prady.

“This development has additionally included the promotion of Gary Minton as our head of energy services.”

‘Building a structure fit for the future was one of the key objectives, the changes have allowed Thermatic to increase support to the existing teams, whilst building on our breadth of offering to our customers”.
