IWFM Announces Winners of 2022 Impact Awards

The winners of the annual IWFM Impact Awards have been announced at a ceremony at London’s JW Marriott Grosvenor House.

Across the night, 74 finalists from 140 entrants vied for the 17 awards on offer, for accolades spanning change management, technology, diversity, inclusion and workplace experience.

This year saw a new relaxed dress code of “dress to impress” rather than the usual “black tie".

Chair of Judges Mark Griffiths commented: “Thank you to our amazing finalists, winners and highly commended entries for demonstrating the full impact that workplace and facilities management has on people’s everyday experiences, both in business and society. One of our main focuses this year was how the Awards both reflect and support diversity and inclusion in our fantastic industry. IWFM’s EDI focus group, which aims to drive meaningful change in the industry, has been a key support in this and the fact we have four winners recognised for their efforts in improving EDI underlines the importance of keeping this agenda front of mind.”

IWFM Chief Executive Linda Hausmanis added, “I am grateful to all of our amazing entrants for sharing their successes for consideration during such demanding times. As each submission demonstrated, the workplace and facilities management profession is a business enabler, value creator, change maker, and vital frontline deliverer. It is key critical that we spotlight that with our Awards and ensure business leaders understand not only our profession’s tremendous impacts, but also its extraordinary potential to support and deliver positive outcomes as we all take our next steps into a challenging landscape. Congratulations to our finalists and winners tonight; you truly are exemplars of our profession, and I cannot wait to see what 2023’s submissions bring.”
