It is said that Artic was awarded the contract due to their ability and clear depth of experience and knowledge within the finance sector, understanding the flexibility and attention to detail required to service a variety of equipment on six separate sites.

Artic was able to boast a 100 per cent reactive performance for a similar Hard FM Services contract of the same size, location and industry, which appealed to the client. The decision was also drawn upon following one to one discussions with Artic employees, talking about their personal experiences working for the company, their training opportunities and career progression so far. Moore Kingston Smith was impressed by the passion and loyalty the Artic Team showed towards their employer.

Simon Booth, Head of Premises & Facilities at Moore Kingston Smith and ThisWeekinFM Editorial Advisory Board Member commented:

"We are delighted to have appointed Artic Building services. Throughout the tender process it was clear that they shared our passion for the customer experience, and delivering quality workplaces. Artic was able to demonstrate clearly that they would provide us with the perfect blend of technical excellence and building performance that we are seeking.”
