Portico has been selected to provide guest services at 125 Old Broad Street, winning the contract from the incumbent that had been in place for more than eight years.

125 Old Broad Street is a prominent City of London tower building located in the heart of the Square Mile, just 200 metres from Bank underground station the home of the London stock exchange until 2004.

The building was renovated in 2009 and had its pre-cast concrete façade reclad in a glass curtain wall. It now provides approximately 320,000 sq. ft of Grade A accommodation over 26 floors as well as 6,500 sq. ft of retail and restaurant space on the ground floor.

Amanda Baber, Director of Business Development at Portico commented: “Portico really excels in delivering tailored services that meet the needs of our clients. With more than 20 occupier brands at 125 Old Broad Street, the team is excited about the value we can bring to our customers.”

Riza Senik, Building Manager at 125 Old Broad Street added: “We are excited to have the Portico team on board. They really impressed us with their energy and enthusiasm, and more importantly, they demonstrated how they could provide ongoing reliable support to the building management team and occupiers.”
