• Atlas FM Wins Colliers Cleaning Contract

Atlas FM has been appointed by Colliers to provide cleaning and support services at their offices in Yorkshire and the North West of England. 

The contract spans 17 commercial sites belonging to the professional services and investment management company, including Broad Gate in Leeds, local landmark The Pinnacle in Leeds, and Piccadilly Place in Manchester city centre.

The contract was awarded following a competitive tender process and includes daily cleaning, window cleaning, periodic deep cleaning, pest control and washroom services.

James Ward, Regional Facilities Manager, Colliers commented: “We’re pleased to appoint Atlas to this contract because they stood out due to their innovative approach and their strong ESG focus. Their management team and operatives are focused on our needs and we look forward to working with them.”
