GMS Group has won a contract to provide FM services at several of Colliers’ Gloucester client sites.

Colliers is the managing agent for Gloucester City Council and will partner with GMS Group to provide security and cleaning services at Eastgate Shopping Centre, King’s Walk Shopping Centre, St Oswald’s Retail Park and King’s Square.

The contract includes manned guarding services, mobile patrols, opening and locking properties, key-holding and vacant property inspections. GMS already works with Colliers as its West Midlands FM partner, covering Birmingham Wholesale Market, Arena Central, Mercia Park and other shopping centres, car parks and industrial estates.

GMS will outsource the cleaning services to Fidelis, part of React Group plc, to deliver mall cleaning, public conveniences, service areas and periodic deep cleaning.

The contract will be led by National Contracts Director Simon Williams, who recently returned to the business.
