BAM FM has been appointed for over £8.1 million of new facilities management services in the UK and Ireland.

The contracts span the energy, housing and education sectors and include clients such as The Guinness Partnership, Student Roost and Scottish Enterprise.

 

Scottish Enterprise Office Management

 

BAM FM is managing 11 new regional offices across Scotland on behalf of Scottish Enterprise, in a three-year contract.

Services include welcoming visitors to the offices and supporting the general day-to-day running of the on-site facilities for employees, visitors and other building users.

 

Student Roost Residence Management

 

Student Roost - an award-winning student accommodation provider with properties across the UK – has appointed BAM FM to manage over 50 of its student residences across the UK and Northern Ireland.

The 51 properties cover 20 cities, and Student Roost plans to add two or three more properties each year. The services include planned preventative maintenance, mechanical & electrical, plumbing and fabric services. These will be delivered by BAM’s mobile teams.

In 2020 Student Roost was rated number one accommodation provider by Student Crowd, based on reviews from residents themselves.

 

 

Guinness Partnership

 

BAM FM was awarded a four-year integrated facilities management contract with The Guinness Partnership, one of the largest providers of affordable housing and care in the UK.

The contract win follows a competitive tender process and BAM FM is delivering a suite of engineering, cleaning, security, waste and grounds maintenance and landscaping support services across The Guinness Partnership’s 11 offices and its headquarters in Oldham, Greater Manchester.

The Guinness Partnership provides homes and housing services to around 64,000 households and delivers over 8,000 hours of care each week.
