Mitie, who has provided FM services to Eurostar for over 14 years, has renewed its security contract for another three years.

Mitie will provide security services at St Pancras International Station in London, as well as the Eurostar Engineering Centre in Temple Mills, and has the option for an additional two years.

Other services include passenger security screening, train searches, hosting e-gates, CCTV monitoring at the Temple Mills site, and overseeing access to restricted zones across both sites.  Mitie will also provide sector security analysis and updates via its Intelligence Security Operations Centre (ISOC) in Northampton.

Mitie says that more than half of the staff working on the contract have done so for over 15 years.

We look forward to continuing to work together over the coming years to ensure the millions of passengers travelling on the Eurostar annually enjoy safe and pleasant journeys.”
